May 18, 2026
I’ve just taken up Watercolour Painting and I’m loving it.
It has helped in many ways and the main one is putting my brain into neutral.
I attended a couple of beginners classes organised by Chapters Coffee House and the classes were run by Pamela Jane Art
Soon, I’m attending a Beginners + class to improve my skills.
So what are the benefits of Watercolour Painting? 👇
Stress Buster:
Think of painting like a magic spell to make worries disappear! When you paint, it’s like jumping into a colorful world where you can relax and feel happy.

Painting is like a treasure hunt for your attention! It helps you get super focused. While you’re mixing colors and making cool shapes, you’re training your brain tg we o pay attention better.
Feelings on Canvas:
Have you ever felt a lot of things inside but didn’t know how to say them? With painting, you can splash those feelings onto paper! It’s like telling a story without using words.
